Smoking is only allowed outside of the hotel. Penalty for smoking is a non-refundable charge of VND 2,000,000.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to accompany you during your stay.

We have a full Fitness Center on property, located on the 8th floor of our hotel, which includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment, free weights, yoga mats and rubber balls.

We have a business center services in our lobby that allows guests to view flights, check directions to various points of interests, and more.

We accept packages that are sent to the hotel, which will be stored in our package room in the lobby. The service is complimentary for in-house guests.

18 years. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Although at this time we do not offer coffee makers yet you have a refrigerator in the rooms. Hotel policy does not allow you to store food or items with heavy smell such as durian. Penalty for storing these items in the refrigerator is a cleaning charge of VND 500,000.

We only offer free shuttle service from the airport occasionally when you book our Room Package. Otherwise shuttle service from the airport to hotel is chargeable and must be arranged 24 hours upon your arrival by emailing info@nhuminhplazahotel.com or by calling (84) 2363 555 666.

– The cancellation less than 10 days prior to the arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to impose 50% first night room charge from all rooms reserved.
– The cancellation less than 03 days prior to the arrival date or no show, the Hotel reserves the right to impose full charge for all room nights reserved.

A booking confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address after you complete your reservation with us.

We can provide baby crib at free of charge. However, extra bed will cost VND 400,000 per room per night.

Canary Restaurant located on the 2nd floor provides buffet breakfast daily from 06:00 AM to 09:30 AM.
Dinner is served from 05:30 PM to 09:30 PM.

Maple Bar & Smoothies Lounge opens daily from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offers a range of smoothies, fruit juices and coffee.
